Name of RFP Initiative: Strengthening the Capacity of the ILCHF Oral Health Network RFP Description:Illinois Children's Heatlhcare Foundation (ILCHF) announces a request for proposals for programs designed to reduce barriers preventing children from receiving optimal levels of comprehensive oral heatlh care. These proposals should not be mere creation or expansion of physical facilities. Funding will not be provided for general operating expenses associated with current levels of service provision, current staffing levels or fundign shortfalls. Name of RFP Initiative: Building System Capacity - Expanding Access to Oral Health Services RFP Description:Illinois Children's Heatlhcare Foundation (ILCHF) announces a request for proposals for projects designed to increase access to oral health care by establishing new services or expanding exisiting services in a clinical setting or implementing a community oral health planning process. As the Children's Mental Health Inititiave will be selecting its first round of Communities to participate in Building Systems of Care, Community by Community, the Foundation will not be issuing another Mental Health RFP for 2010.
