RFQ Description: On September 8, 2009, Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation will launch its Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI), Building Systems of Care, Community by Community - a multi-year/multi-million dollar initiative. ILCHF will select several communities throughout the State of Illinois in which it will invest the resources needed to build and/or enhance the community's children's mental health system of care. ILCHF is seeking to contract with an Evaluation Team to provide technical assistance and consultation during a development/planning phase, and conduct a multisite evaluation of the implementation of systems of care in each of the selected CMHI communities.

RFP Description:As part of a $20 million, five-year major oral health initiative, Illinois Children's Heatlhcare Foundation (ILCHF) announces a request for proposals for programs designed to reduce barriers preventing children from receiving optimal levels of oral heatlh care. These proposals should not be mere creation or expansion of physical facilities. This RFP is open to eligible organizations that 1) currently or previously received funding through the Foundation's oral health efforts and 2) provides primary care services directly to children (or has a formal collaborative arrangement with a primary care provider).
