Funding From ILCHF is Awarded Two Ways:

1. Request for Proposals:
   
   ILCHF's formal method of awarded funding is generally done by using a targeted "Request for Proposal" (RFP) process in the Foundation's focus areas of oral health and mental health
   
   
2. Engagement Funding:
   
   ILCHF also designates each year a portion of its grant making dollars for those opportunities that fall outside the targeted RFP process.
