#  Logic Model Resources

There is no single logic model that ILCHF requires for its grant application submissions. Each grantee may use whichever model it is most comfortable with that enables the grantee to most fully describe initiative/program.  These are 2 resources that you might want to look at for background:

  • There is a comprehensive list of logic model resources at: http://www.cdc.gov/eval/resources.htm#logic%20model
  • W. K. Kellogg Foundation offers a development guide in the use of logic models in bring together planning, evaluation, & action at: http://www.wkkf.org/Pubs/Tools/Evaluation/Pub3669.pdf
