BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation is governed by a 15-person Board of Directors.  These Directors have established the standards by which the Foundation will operate.  They meet frequently throughout the year to conduct the Foundation's business as an entire group as well as in several operating committees.
